Anyone know? Getting my side skirts painted and need to know this. Would like to know if its clear coated or just single stage. I'd imagine its a water based paint with clear coat.

I am currently running Ibiza Fr Revo stage 1 soon to be stage 2. I change the oil every 5000 miles but should I change the plugs at the same time? If so should I use OEM or better/different plugs? Thanks
