hello everyone. im looking to upgrade the suspension on my LCR. i want to get the r32 front arb and somesort of rear arb dont know which one yet. also want spacers. should i bother lowering it? will it make any differences in handling? any help will be great thanks alot. james

Are wheel spacers just for looks or do they improve the ride? Whats the best size to get and are they safe? Do they do any damage over a long period? Thanks in advance

hi i dont like how far my wheels sit inside the arches so im after spaceing them out so they come out further firstly where can i get the spacers from and how much do they cost? cheers, Danny x

Ive recently fitted 20mm rear spacers and I get abit of rubbing. But its hardly anything really, its just catching the lip of the rear arch and no more. The car is only lowered 40mm at the rear aswell. One solution I think mite work is to bend the lip of the arch up the way somehow because...
