The 300mile countdown to my 40k service has just started, what will this service cost me from a dealer and what would the price be from a private garage on average? Also what does the 40k service involve?

I know servicing is quite well covered in general but I havent seen anything regarding 50K prices. Ive been shopping around and have got it down to £186.81 with a skoda dealer in Watford. I cant decide if I should shop around some more. Main dealer best quote is £219. Anyone got any thoughts...
