I have had this problem in the past and put pipe cladding around the brace where it meets the airbox. Problem is now the rattle has come back. The airbox and cut straight through the foam padding. I think Its the reason for the noise at 2500 which i initialy blamed on the new milltek(opps)...

anyone noticed a rattle that comes from what seems the passenger seat or the passenger seatbelt. It can be quite annoying when moving on. When cruising, doesn't seem to do it as much. I think maybe it could be the passenger seat pull lever to get to the back. Any thoughts??:p
