rattle

Anyone else had this? and if so how did you overcome it? Seems to be a reverberation of sorts as it's linked in with my music when playing - even at low volumes. It's now really annoying me due to the proximity to my right ear!

Working my way through the niggles on the Cupra whilst I'm servicing it and whilst blipping the throttle to check for air leaks and the like (well it sounds nice :p) I notice a rattle when the car comes back down through the revs (2000-3000rpm) ... Now it sounds like heat shield rattle to me...

Ive got a bit of a rattle comeing from the valver, its more like a tapping noise on tick over but when you drive along and get it to 2500 rmp its a zzzzzzzzz for a split second as the car revs past it and the noise stops. At first I thought that the heat sheild on the manifold had come lose...

Getting a new section of exhaust next weekend but the guy showed me that at the bottom of the heat shield its a touch loose. Is there a clamp or way of improving that union so it wont rattle and annoy me! thanks guys

The Leon has developed a rattle from the rear area. It happens on rough roads and potholes. I suspect it is coming form the tailgate . I could send it back to the stealers but if its an easy fix I'm happy to do it myself as its less hassle. Does anyone know or have any ideas.
