Has anyone tried Bosch Super 4 Spark Plugs? Just thought I would ask as they are a good price

Im about to change my spark plugs to Denso iridium IK22. Had a friend who plulled a little to hard on his so I was woundering how much torque (in NM please) I should be using when mounting??? Prebs

Changed spark plugs today and the old ones look like this, is this a problem ? 3rd one from the left looks worse than it is.

I've got the ever so popular 1.6 SXE (97 R reg) and i've no idea what the engine code is or where to look for it/find out. Was going to do plugs and leads today before i hit this (rather obvious) stumbling block. Seem to have narrowed it down to AEK or AFT.

i was looking around halfrauds the other day, and came across the spark plugs, got me thinking lets have a look at the best ones for the cupra, apparantly you can get improved accelaration and bla bla bla with bosch spark plugs?!? so i was just wondering if anyone has upgraded there plugs and...

Thought I would change my spark plugs today along with coil packs only I could not work out why I could not get my socket to fit one of the plugs... Well I find out who ever replaced them before dropped the rubber out of the socket they used to replace them!! Ive no idea how I can get it out...

Hi Peeps Have done a quick search and found some data but thought i would ask any how and see what people thought the general concensus was... Have a Ibiza mk3 Cupra mapped with a p-torque map..... 007 DV, Milltek Cat Back Exhaust....p torque map to about 190bhp or so....piper cross...

whats the best spark plugs to get for a cupra r , that has been re mapped with a forge fmic, 3" exhaust from the turbo , and a forge diverter valve .

I had the usual random missfire issue under load with no errors on vag com... chagned the plugs and great solved it... that was a couple fo weeks back, now with this colder weather, worse at night, its started again, not a severe but stil no errors... could the injectors just be bunged up? or what?
