Now this may be a shot in the dark but was wondering if the N75 is supposed to make a clicking noise. Lastnight could here a strange clicking noise and limited it down to the area at the top of the tip so tried the old screw driver to your ear trick on several compoinents an hey presto the N75...

Hi Yall I was cleaning the parts relating to the DV and I noticed that the valve above the vac at the top left of the engine has exactly the same code as the N75 F I have fitted? Does the Ibiza have 2 of the same valve? I thought it was an N2119 or something, can anyone confirm?:shrug:

Would it cause a problem to move the boost side of the N75 connection. Currently, as you lot now the connection is to the charge pipe, could this be moved down to the inlet manifold? I'm thinking of using the same size connection on the TB or does it have to be after the turbo pre-TB? Just...

right i've been having a few problems with my standard cupra since i bought it 6 month ago, it felt really sluggish and used LOTS of petrol (avg-24mpg), so i eventually hooked up a boost gauge and found it only boosts up to 2psi...although i did kind of expect this as the engine management...
