has anyone had any problems with these? my n/s/f front one is f#@ked there is loads of play where the insert goes into the strut! has anyone had this?

Which way do I wind the front adjusters to LOWER the car, is it clockwise (right) or anti-clockwise (left). I assumed it was clockwise as this move the plate up and compresses the spring?

Well there on. I am happy but not over the moon. I think the spring firmness is ok but the damping seems to soft to me. Anyone else with them? What do you think? Its set at about 40/45mm lowered over standard lcr. May wind them up 5mm.
