coilovers

Anyone know if these guys are any good? I've seen and heard some nice reviews about their products on Civics and Evos but i've not seen any for Seats. Might be interested in asking if they do some.

Guys do you know if the AST competition coilovers fits on the ibiza cupra MK3 and if yes how much they cost ?

Well after saving my pennies I have finally uprated my brakes and suspension. Had the KW V1 coilovers but decided on only a 25mm drop as not sure how this would effect getting onto my drive. Luckily its about right as the clearance must be 2mm ! The car bounces a little more but not overly so...

as above. just purchased height adjustable coilovers. great price, decent product. can anyone give ma an insight on how much it costs to get them set up? i know some places do good prices on supply and fit but i couldnt turn down the price i got mine for.. and can anyone suggest somewhere good...

As above really? Got my coilovers fitted at weekend and even though i told the mechanic to leave the adjusters off on the rear he put them in and wound them right down :doh: is it a big job to remove them? how would i do this?
