I;'m just replacing my front anti roll bar bushes on my LCR. I have removed the old bushes and have found that the plastic sleve that that the bush clamps around is broken. Can these be relpaced, they are one piecs and i can't see how you'd be able to fit another? I don't think you could slide...

Hey people. I have H&R ARB's, 28m front and 24mm at the rear. These are on the outer setting. What would the difference be to me if I changed one/both to the inner setting? Im looking for good handling/grip for the track. Cheers, Dan

Quick question..... If i change to a 4 bar regulator do i need to change any of the cars settings i.e use vag.com to check the air fuel mix or does the car sort this it self.
