the anti roll bar inner bushes are worn on my 2004 ibiza fr tdi,and was thinking of ordering powerflex ones, on the website it asks if the anti roll bar is 16mm 18mm or 19mm. does anybody no off hand what size are on the fr's? was thinking of putting the fabia vrs anti roll bar and bushes on but...

Can anyone help out there. I have lost the keys to my OE Roofbars and been to my local dealer but they don't seem to be able to help. I emailed SEAT and according to them my local dealer should be able to get replacement keys. 2 weeks later still no joy!!

hey seeing as the cupra is a more poerwful and heavier i presume the anti-roll bar is bigger and obviously stronger would i be rite in thinking that if i replaced this it would reduce the roll or should i go for something like a white line i think they are of corse im looking at this...

Anyone wired up a seven pin tow bar electric? Any hints on as to where the wires are etc.

just picked up my stut bar so gonna fit it. it says to tighten the bolts to 25nm but i dont have a torque wrench will hand tite be enough or do you think i should wait. thanks
