Hi! Try some bulbs with CAN bus, or you can make it work with the cheapy chineese too. For the cheap one you have to solder a resistor paralel with the bulb.

If you have a load resistor I don't see why normal LED's won't work. As Can bus LED's have the load resistor installed. You have a load resistor on every LED right?? All 4?? As Jakepearce97 said, you can get "white" bulbs instead, not as bright but same effect.

Yeah if you have the resistor it shouldnt make a difference I agree with propane94 he knows what he's talking about! And yes the white bulbs aren't quite as bright but not really a huge difference so if you continue having a problem I would recommend getting the osrams night breakers if you want...

I'd guess that that bulb is now faulty as all these LEDs need to have a series voltage dropper and I'd guess CAN-BUS compliant ones will need a parallel resistor to make the current flow the same as a filament bulb. The battery on that car might have weakened and that would also account for the...

Some lights don't need can bus leds, the ecu does not check them. I have reverse leds and they are fine, no errors, but i know thew brake light will throw an error.

most cars have low current going thru circuits even when the car is off, this is done to monitor circuits. on regular incandescent bulbs you don't notice it ( current too small), but on leds you do, that is why you see them glow on when car is off. The original seat bulbs take account of this...

Did you get error free Can Bus LEDs? Those have built in resistors but even on the later facelift cars which have particularly sensitive bulb warning detection circuitry, they can still cause a fault to be flagged up. It does involve some element of trial and error to find LEDs that work...

Interesting. Were they the complete housings with incorporated LEDs, or just LED festoon bulbs put into the original housings? Looks like you have a facelift car. Are you getting any bulb warning errors on the dash? The facelift cars are notorious for this even with error-free CAN BUS LEDs so...
