Hey, i am just installed a led strip light and everything work fine until i start the engine,

I put the LED through the original signal's teacher's place, so I took out the original lights of the signal. When I turn on the engine, the vehicle recognizes that I have a problem with the flashlight (because the signal lamps are missing) and when I do the signal, the lights are not on.

*exterior light fault - this warning i get.
Someone have idea what can i do? (maybe plug out the fuse of this warning?)

The lights look awesome BTW.

Most likely the car is seeing the fault and shutting the lights off to prevent further damage to something. For example, you could of had a short and the car would shut the lights off to prevent this from worsening.

Have you wired the LED strip in parallel with the existing bulb or are they on there own in the headlight??

You most likely will need a Can-Bus resistor so the car thinks they are regular bulbs.
