    I’ve had 1896 done but not the sos update yet but to be fair it’s not shown it’s ugly head yet!! Yes I had the 90T4 update done and it definitely is more aggressive likes to turn the engine off more then before.

    ...no as I'd put up with it until the service when I thought I'd get new Nav software too .. So after 2 days discussion I got the car back but no telematics at all, so infotainment almost all locked out. No audio, Nav or apps. Argghh ... Gonna try OBD11 to see if I can "patch" the user lockout ..

    Visit your dealer, there's updates available for the charging controller on hybrids along with tonnes of other stuff May aswell also get the 1896 update, and see if there's any telematics/SOS updates available too

    ...to manufacturer to have app connected to the car and it worked (Mercedes, Audi). No one ever asked to see my documents, just the logon email address to authorise in the system. I don't see myself giving my actual data and feeding them to telematics, so manufacturer can collect all the info.
