Head Unit Keeps Resetting

As above, my head unit keeps resetting. Every other week or so get back into the car and app locations and widgets have gone and the infotainment thinks it's never been set up. Only after its most recent software update.

Called up the 'stealers' want £120 just for diagnostics!!!

Any ideas?

I used to have that problem with my first MK4, it only really stopped after the car went in for a warranty repair that required the software be updated in various modules around the car - not just the infotainment system.

Wie oben beschrieben, wird mein Hauptgerät immer wieder zurückgesetzt. Etwa alle zwei Wochen steige ich wieder ins Auto und App-Standorte und Widgets sind verschwunden und das Infotainmentsystem denkt, es wäre nie eingerichtet worden. Nur nach dem letzten Software-Update.

Habe die „Diebe“ angerufen und sie wollen 120 £ nur für die Diagnose!!!

Irgendwelche Ideen?

Mine has been doing the same thing since I bought the car in September, really annoying having to cancel the tutorial and place everything back to how I want it
