Model Year 20/21 Reverse camera fot V1

Looking into options of installing a reverse camera into my V1 (should have checked the specs properly I know but the price and trade in was too good to turn down).

I have seen some companies offering a full service for around £500-£600 but was curious if it could be done yourself?

I couldn't find the part number for the camera for the formentor but seen they share parts with other Seats so for instance would a Ateca boot release and integrated camera be able to retro fit to the formentor?

If anyone has done this themselves is the loom there or would I need to get a loom to run to the infotainment system?

Coding wise is this something that can be done with a product like OBD11 or is it more intrusive?

Any help or feedback would be great especially if its something you've done yourself.

I had a feeling it wasn't possible to do yourself.

Ill see if I can live without a camera to begin with but if I can't it will be a trip to someone to get it installed professionally

See what @East Yorkshire Retrofits say. People buy kits of aliexpress but you need to be careful. They will know the options if nobody jumps in before.

Personally I don't think cars should be sold without reversing cameras these days.

Especially the Formentor as it has very limited view out the back due to it's swooping down rear.
