Navigation/Reverse camera issues

I have a 2014 MK3 2.0 tdi FR ST and I'm trying to install a reverse camera. I have working nav but it doesn't show up in the installed part on VCDS.
If I check for fault codes I get

2571 - navigation system
B126C F2 [008] - navigation database not enabled.

I can't find any way to enable it and cant find any tutorials online.
I have asked on a few FB pages but the only answer I have so far is my SD card is in the wrong slot, I have tried both slots and it makes no difference.

Any help would be appreciated.

you can only activate it online with Odis. The error comes from the "Häck" so that new cards work

I'm confused why my sat nav works fine but comes up that it's enabled.

I don't have any it's had a camera before as there is a bracket on the rear bumper but no camera, the blue connector has 2 OEM wires going into the loom as well. I'm trying to fit an aftermarket one that quite a few people have had success with.

The pictures aren't from today.
I'm asking for help to learn, telling people to not do stuff doesn't help anybody. I'm not just diving in and changing stuff without knowing hence why I'm here asking for advice.

The reason it was on 37 is because that's the one named navigation and that's what every video tells you to go into but its not enabled on mine.

The VCDS is cloned.

I must have been and again that's why I'm here asking before I do anything that may cause damage.
