Wire color help plz

Hi everyone, like most wiring is a huge weakness but hopefully 1 of you will put me right, I just need to know what color the positive and earth is to each door window switch( i assume they all the same at each door) or can I tap into the door speakers they will have 12 volts running to them. It's just to power a led light. Would rather do it my self as I like to try and learn. Thanks for your help guys, I know this may be simple but wires and me don't get along lol.

Hi mate. Door speakers don't have 12v. If you're going to tap into something then the wire coming into the door which is red with a white stripe is 12V

Thanks bud, had a look for something like above but no joy so thanks for that, but if I end up tapping into the red/white wire I assume it's ignition feed and solid brown will be earth. Sorry for sounding dumb just don't like wires but as said wanna try and do bits my self. Much appreciated

No worries mate, wiring diagrams can be confusing. I'm not 100% sure if it's switched igntion or live at all times, i think it's switched but best just check with a multimeter to confirm. Most of the earths are brown or brown with a blue stripe, usually a thicker wire as well.

Think so mate, my brother has got my something for the car apparently lol been told it's smart so we will see

I have done that mod myself. My car had only plastic reflector on the doors and I bought all 4 doors courtesy led lights. Perfect fit and I remember I had two wires on each light (one + and one - ) going to the large plug on the window motor to specified holes on the plug. Then had to activate the courtesy lights with VCDS and voilá. I will try to check my notes.
