Cupra Connect setup

Hi all.

I own Leon Cupra 2022.
During Cupra app connection, on step where i need to confirm my key, my infotainment system shows message that this car have 2 keys. I have only 1 key and seller says it exist only 1 key.
I can not proceed with Cupra connection without confirmation 2nd key. If Somebody have some idea what could be please let me know. Thank You!

CUPRA Leon's have 2 keys in UK, so would imagine that is universal, try the seller again. Is this a dealer or private sale, if private try contacting CUPRA to see if it should have two keys.

Thanks for response. It is Dealer.
I ask Dealer and he response "Bitte nehmen sie mit dem Verkäufer Kontakt auf, bei dem sie das Fahrzeug gekauft haben."
which means by google translator "Please contact the seller from whom you purchased the vehicle." I import this car from Germany to Croatia.
Unexpected stupid answer, but i will pursue this question on some other way.
I ask Cupra Croatia they said every Cupra get 2 keys. And yes you need 2 keys to Cupra Connect.
I get idea now to reset multimedia software on factory settings end then see if i can register only 1 key ?
Anybody knows something about this ? Maybe i should ask in the service Cupra Croatia next days
