Hi all, hopefully someone can help me here as I’m getting headaches over this And can’t find and solution. So my blower fan has completely stopped working Ive taken it out checked it not seized changed the fan and the resistor checked all the fuses. The connector that plugs into the resistor is getting 14v and I fault scanned today I’ll post the fault up. Any help is greatly appreciate.

Check the AC, the fault is in the pressure sensor(or either too low on refrigerant)

Symptom
Inoperative air-conditioning cooling function
Inoperative fresh air blower
The following fault code is present:
U1030
Cause: Faulty refrigerant pressure sensor

Solutions

Connect the diagnostic tool
Delete all the fault codes
Check the refrigerant pressure sensor parameters

If the value is incorrect, proceed as follows:
Check the LIN-Bus signal from the following components:
Air quality sensor:G238
Humidity sensor:G657
Refrigerant pressure sensorG805
Blower control unitJ126
Climate control unitJ255
BlowerV2

If a fault is found, proceed as follows:
Disconnect the components listed above, one by one
Check the LIN-Bus signal after disconnecting each component
The symptom disappears when the faulty component is disconnected

Renew the faulty component

reply I’m just wondering what you mean by checking the pressure sensor parameters?

I don't know - It is just what my data shows for that fault code.
I imagine you would need check the refrigerant pressure sensor values are correct/expected?
