Hi.
Does anyone know where I can get the 1803 update and the 1969? (Turns out recently purchased Leon is still on 1780).
That link earlier in the thread to East York retro fits no longer works.

I recently purchased a 2021 Leon eHybrid and have checked my software version which is currently 1803. Will the download for 1969 here work with my system? If not does anyone know how I can get the system up to date?

Really don't want to have to get the dealer to update as this isn't convenient for me

Download from a reputable source, then copy to a USB C stick correctly, then call up the service menu and install the update

Hello,

I have a 2021 Seat Leon KL, and I manually upgraded the infotainment system to version 1969 because I couldn’t get it through OTA updates. This is due to my inability to set my profile as the default user. I contacted the dealership, but they refused to update or fix the issue for free, including the recall campaign.

So, I would like to ask if anyone knows how to resolve the issue of not being able to set the profile as the primary user, even with the latest version 1969. For your information, I had the same issue with the previous version 18XX.

Connction available and position fully shared

Thank you in advance!

You can't get whole system updates by OTA, I don't know if the profile makes any difference to OTA but I've not seen an OTA that made any noticeable difference to the bugs on my last car - a 2021 FR ST. The main bugs only got fixed by updates to modules by the dealer, under warranty, these didn't change the infotainment system version at all so I wouldn't expect version 1969 to fix anything significant.

Thank you for your feedback. From what I understand, there's no way for me to fix the issue on my own, and I’ll need to take it to the dealer. Since my car is out of warranty, it seems I’ll have to cover the cost for a problem that originated with the vehicle. Thanks again for your help.

Thank you for the information. Could you please provide me with a link to the software and instructions on how to deploy it? If it's the same process as upgrading the infotainment system, I'm familiar with that. Thank you in advance!

I have software version 1788 on my infotainment. I wanted to update to 1940 or 1969. But I read that I have to update to version 18XX first. So I tried version 1899, but the update failed. I got the message: Checksum is not correct. Do I need an even older version or is the error somewhere else?

I guess this is it for us. The facelift comes with a completely new infotainment system so we're kinda abandoned.

I myself went from a vehicle with SW1780 to SW1899 and then to 1969. As already written via PM, possibly load 1899 from another source.
