Hi all, quick question
Has anybody any problems with a recent OTA freezing at around the 60% mark? My 2024 (June) is seeing problems and I know somebody with a Born has the same issue. It keeps reappearing as an update but each time I try to install it just freezes saying "Update in progress....".
It says the update contains
Store
> Easily access the service revocation form by scanning the QR code in the Services Cancellation section
> Visual and technical changes have been made

Appreciate any assistance
Thanks

No problems that I'm aware of, although it would help if I knew what 'OTA' is. :-k.

The Born has a completely different infotainment system so it’s likely to be a different issue

Go to settings, system information and take a picture

Togli e rimetti il fusibile della OCU
Grazie per il suggerimento, ma le istruzioni del manuale d'uso dell'auto sono errate in quanto non includono informazioni su come accedere dietro il vano portaoggetti, e sembra davvero stretto.

Thanks for the suggestion, but the car user manual instructions are incorrect as they don't include information how to gain access behind the glovebox, and it seems a really tight fit.

I'm sure we are suppose to be talking in English. Dealers would call it a non serviceable user area or words to that effect.

The manual may or not may not tell you about that area and techniques to get at it. Certainly in the Ateca the fuses by my dealer were regarded as a not customer access area. This may help:
