Me and my brother installed the light guides for the ambient roof lighting last weekend.
It's hard to show the look of these lights in a picture, but I'll try it anyway. The first pic is during install, it's not in its final position yet. The second one is after a nightly drive. The light guide looks slightly brighter on one side (and it's being reflected by the glass roof), which was caused by a coding mishap on my side
All is working like it should work: controllable by the on-screen controls, they can be dimmed by the 'Roof' group. During driving, it's not distracting at all, which was my main concern. Now I need to decide what I'll do next.

And while I'm sharing these, I might as well share the rest of the ambient lighting:

These 2 LEDs are controllable over the Center Console group.

Door pocket has an additional LED (it doesn't show too well on this picture), footwells are RGB too.

Door pocket up close, (sorry for blurryness)

And the 2 red lights in the dome unit now turned RGB as well. In the picture you see some light leaking to the button, but that's not visible from the driver/passenger positions. The green you seein the reading lights is reflection. These two are still white, otherwise I wouldn't be able to read a book while driving :ROFLMAO:

I need to find myself a darker place to be able to take some better pictures. But that's for a later time.
If anyone has any ideas what other positions I should brighten up, let me know

£288 in total. Took about 4 hours. The guy came out to me n did em while I was at work. The company’s called Wheel Wizard.
They look great! I’m nipping over this morning to one in Nottingham called ‘The Wheel Specialist’ to see what can be done with mine

That's pretty good and better than OE with the black.
Yeah, wasn’t a bad price. And he’s done a very good job. The hard part now is not kerbing them… I’ll be parking a mile away from the kerb for sure. I’m not a fan of full black alloys on a light coloured car, but that’s just me.

Took it for it’s annual service and MOT. It had the tracking sorted and new brakes fitted, think I might need to set up a gofundme 😅

I finally defeated the dreaded start/stop system, by using a software method that doesn't void the warranty

If you know your way around VCP or ODIS, here's the tutorial where I explain how to do it:

To prevent myself from getting a flooded inbox again: I'll upload some datasets for Leon Cupra and Leon FR that have the feature in the individual menu.

Fitted oem pads to the front week before last and it stops again! Anyone from NI buying parts locally stay away from SERE as they are a rip off. Roadside came in the same price as a site sponsor, who I would have used only I needed them that day.
