Looks like most of the people told week 5 are waiting on a 245 vz1. Usually build cars in batches of the same model.

There is definitely a disconnect between the lease companies and the supplying dealership (in my case anyway).

I called NVC to ask about registration etc and they said "Oh, we have no updates other than a build week confirmation" to which I told them I had an email from JCT600 saying the car had arrived. They promptly told me this must be incorrect, put me on hold for 10 minutes and came back extremely surprised that I was right  So although JCT600 advised 5-10 working days, NVC said the car should be delivered in about a month. Is that right?

I've got a VZ1 e-hybrid on order through NVC.
Ordered in September and only get the generic "We said we would update you with any news on your car..... There is no news" from NVC each week.
How did you get the details from NVC so that you could follow up with JCT600? Sounds like they are a little more helpful!

I reached out to my original booking handler at NVC and asked them who the supplying dealership was. I then reached out to the JCT600 central hub on FaceBook messenger, gave them my SLI number, some personal information and then the fleet team reached out to my directly via email with regular updates.

If you want, I can message you the fleet email address, it might cut out the middle man?

Thanks, I have requested the information on the supplying dealership and what the SLI number is.
If could message me the email address that would be great.

I ordered a V2 1.5 DSG with the Beats option direct from Cupra on 15/10/2021. I’ve been given BW 3 (Jan 17th - 21st). How long do you think it’ll take till I’m behind the wheel?

I’ve been given a rough estimate of end of Feb/early March, so just wondering how it’s been for everyone else who has received their car.

HI, I ordered VZ2 1.5 DSG with 360 camera from Lease company on 27/10/2021. As of yet, no build week and rough estimate of 2/6/2022 delivery (lease company advised that this date is made up because they simply can't provide a reasonable meaningful date).

Updates have gone quiet so seems like I am having to take an approach of whenever it turns up it turns up...

I believe each order can vary in timeframe, but to give you an idea.

- Build week 22/11/2021 (confirmed and built, went to port)
- Arrived in the UK on the 7th January
- Supplying dealership advised the car would arrive between 5-10 working days
- Lease company advised that once arrived at the dealer, registration and paper to sign gets released.
- Estimated time to deliver is 4 weeks from arrival in the UK
- I expect to be sat in the car by the start of February.

I ordered on the 2nd June, but from completed build to estimated delivery date will be around 10 weeks. This all depends on getting allocated to a ship etc.

That is frustrating! I wonder if the priority is based off who placed the order? I don’t know if by me going direct to a SEAT/Cupra dealer it helped things?

Ah I see! Thanks for your reply.

Looks like I’ll carry on washing the part-ex for a bit longer then 😂
