Are you sure you're with ZenAuto and not Vertu Leasing?
If it was Zen, how long was it from getting the email irfy and I received today to notification your vehicle was with the dealer?
No that email is confirmation of Delivery , i never got any communication from Zen apart from the confusing email me and Irfy had. apart also a deposit took last week was only call i had from Zen but they didnt know the Delivery date.
Think what it boils down to a Dealership (dosnt have to be cupra) has more information than a lease company, to top it off you dont know what that dealership is. 
When was it you got the

email? Because that's what I also got today, what I want to know is how long, going off your estimates from when you received yours, it has before it gets to the dealership
Well its a hard one, id say a ballpark figure going by Zen Leasing, is that a deposit is took 2 weeks before delivery. but generally after 1 week after your deposit you may get a call out of the blue from a dealership mine from from Leeds.
NB I only got the same email as yourself Kyleco When i have already arranged delivery with the Drop off Dealership.

The message irfy and I received today wasn't necessarily that the car was at the dealership but rather that it's on its way
What I'm meaning is, did you receive the same message that the car was on its way to the dealer, and if so, how many weeks/days was that before you got the call for the deposit
Yes Kyleco The email was from Hello@zen exactly the same you and Irfy had and that was send this evening saying the car was on the way as below .

My deposit was took 02/11/2021 for a note Irfy hasnt paid his deposit yet.
That's very strange! Apologies, I didn't realise you got it this evening too. Wow. Can't keep up these days! Blunder from ZenAuto then.
Its the only email from Zen i had since my deposit took above, really had no communication back from them as in ETA of car il be honest the dealership has gave me more information than anyone at Zen, nothing at the guys but the Arse don't know where their Elbow is.
Just got off the phone from the dealership, ordered in August, now given a possible delivery date of March 2022.
They are saying that the Cupra Leon, Leon Fr are the most difficult models to get hold of at the moment.

I ordered my FR in August and was told end of Feb, but I'm holding out for new March reg anyway.

My vehicle is now in the UK awaiting delivery to the dealer, in which delivery to my house can be arranged. ZenAuto quoted mid-December at the latest for delivery which I find insane if the vehicle is already in the UK!
To save time, I'm going to pick it up straight from the dealer if it's in the North of England or anywhere in Scotland, as I can't hang around for much longer with my current vehicle due new tyres & excess mileage charges!

It's madness, I'm glad I asked for clarification from ZenAuto but I find it very hard to believe it'll take a month to get the car to the dealer and get it registered if it's already in the UK, especially when there's less cars coming through the doors anyway
Lol your car is here and they told you dec delivery and no1 knows where my car is and they told me late Nov delivery.

Deposit paid, that way there's no delay in the dealer contacting me as soon as the vehicle arrives at their showroom
