When did you order, when is it arriving?

No, haven't got the SLI number it was leasing options I used and the account manager doesn't want to put me in touch with the dealer it was ordered through.

Have told them I need some kind of idea how late the car is going to be as the want my current car back. Guessing they want used car stock.

Be interesting to see if they're going to build all the 245 engined cars in the same block.

I also ordered from Leasing Options. I just replied to the email you get from the monthly update and I asked for the SLI number and supplying dealer which is Swansway Cupra Crewe. I would defiantly ask for your SLI number and you can directly contact Cupra who have a much better idea what is going on

From my experience with customer service, they are very professional and polite but just read out the car’s status which never seems to be updated.

I ordered same spec on the same day through dealer and I got status 20 unconfirmed build date week 37, which is this week.

I managed to get my sli number and cupra said it is provisionally down for build week 38 which I think is next week. They previously said it was down for week 35 so I'm not holding my breath at the moment.

I ordered a VZ1 Formentor in May, currently watching the boat floating around near Sheerness, then waiting to find out when it's going to Dock and unload my car at grimsby (and hoping it didn't go to Tyneside first)

It's the same in the UK as well, Cupra UK updated their September price list to reflect the change. On the Cupra Formentor Owners group on FB a Cupra salesperson said it was due to the semiconductor shortage. Other members messaged Cupra directly and they pretty much said the exact same

Changing it between the August list and the September list is a bit naughty. Has the September list been uploaded here? I’ve only seen August 2021 and that says 12 on everything

I 100% agree it's a bit naughty that they have kept it quiet with no communication. There seems to be a lack of communication at the moment about the current semiconductor/parts shortage. I've attached the latest price list pdf

It's not great that they're constantly updating/changing spec all the time. With the worry of what equipment your car will actually receive upon delivery. I've gone for the VZ1 trim so hopefully, it's all ok

Yeah, that crossed my mind. If they can change that without telling you what else could they change.

One manufacturer removed the screen and put a phone holder there instead
