I seen the gift box on the seat in the new one I’m getting, I’d ask where it is ?Didn’t get the gift box though but I did get the mats and a spare set. Maybe they stopped doing them.
I really wouldn't lose any sleep over the gift pack; it's pure tat and worthless. Also, it's a gift, right? Unless it's specifically listed as part of the contract, no one is "entitled" to it.Carbon key cover and bracelet. Might email the dealer the leasing company used and ask where it is. Not overly fussed but just because I leased doesn’t mean we should get what we’re entitled too, like everyone else.

LOVE that colourAt the dealers, ready for collection on Wednesday. Told dealer not to wash/polish it, I’ll sort that out.

Thanks Sarah, first red car for many years but it looks sublime in the flesh.LOVE that colour
I don't think I saw what happened to your other one. I will have to investigate lol. I had a firenze red jag xe and that was similar, a lovely metallic dark red. It'll be spiffing, truly spiffingThanks Sarah, first red car for many years but it looks sublime in the flesh.
Tick tock until Wednesday 10am.
That's bad news @Tormentor. Is the car fully built or is it waiting for a chip?I’ve just chatted to Cupra. My car ordered mid April has still not moved from the factory. I was hoping it would be on the ship Aquarius Ace that left a couple of days ago. Obviously not. It’s not even at the port. They would not commit due to circumstances blah blah, but now looking at a 2022 delivery. Totally hacked off.
If my car was 100% complete and not being shipped I would be extremely p***ed off. Can you not request a courtesy car from Cupra/SEAT if the car is complete, but not going to be available to you until 2022 until you take delivery, or even threaten to refuse the car? Surely they must have some explanation to give you for it not being shipped?I’ve just chatted to Cupra. My car ordered mid April has still not moved from the factory. I have a car so I don’t need a courtesy, it’s the fact that people on here have ordered the exact same car are now happily driving their pride and joys. No explanation given other than fob, fob, fob. I asked if the car actually exists as I’m not convinced. They said it was completely finished on July 7th having been held up waiting parts for 2 weeks. Part of me wants to walk away from Cupra, just so frustrating. I need to stop asking the question I think. If my car was 100% complete and not being shipped I would be extremely p***ed off. That's not so bad if you still have a car to use. I don't, so my mate has given me his 22 year old Golf Cabrio to use which just shows how much cars have advanced in 22 years, and now seems to have developed a radiator leak I think as the coolant light seems to illuminate on a weekly basis now. Anyhow, if the car has been 100% complete as of 7th July, why can't they ship it? I can't see any logic to it not having left the factory, and as you say yourself, I would be curious to know if it has actually been built or if they're telling you porkie pies. Don't blame you for wanting to walk away from it.I have a car so I don’t need a courtesy, it’s the fact that people on here have ordered the exact same car are now happily driving their pride and joys. Many years ago I had a Rover 400 which blew up on me. I ordered a new Mazda and they gave me a courtesy car to use until the new car came. It took 6 weeks to arrive from Japan, maybe I should have learnt my lesson and not bought Spanish! That's not so bad if you still have a car to use. A Rover 400 is a blast from the past. Used to have a BRG S plate 400 diesel saloon in my work that was painfully slow, and being only 21 at the time did nothing for my street credMany years ago I had a Rover 400 which blew up on me.
