Yes mate. I’m in Edinburgh and the car was driven from York so it had 240 miles on the clock when I got it.
How you finding the car? I'm a bit worried about driver delivery as one car I had delivered that way turned up really dirty and missing the user manual, I'm 200miles away I'm tempted to collect. I was a bit shocked today when I got email saying its at the dealers already I ordered early July and in all honesty was expecting it late Oct time may be even Nov, my current car not due back till early Dec so got to early term it. Did you go for any options apart from paint, I didn't may be that's why they came quick?

I love the car mate. Seen a few reviews saying the interior quality was poor etc but I think it’s the opposite. I had a mk3 Leon fr before and it’s definitely a step up from that.

yeah the car was a bit dirty when I got it but it’s to be expected driving down the road for 200 odd miles. I took it to get a hand wash for a tenner after I collected it so I wasn’t that bothered. It didn’t count towards any of my allocated miles for the term either so I wasn’t too fussed about it tbh.

I didn’t get any extras. I’ve got the VZ2 and it comes pretty well spec’d as standard so I was happy to take it as is. What colour did you go for?

I just went for standard white, I don't think it will look too bad contrasting against the black trim they used instead of chrome, yours in black looks very nice. Yeah I was fine with vz2 spec as well, I got offered a Golf R for delivery around this time cost a bit more but had no rear camera or DCC so skipped that. I haven't seen another new Cupra 300 on the road yet only the hybrid. I think ours came quick due to no options apart from color.

Hi.
I have ordered a CUPRA Leon VZ2 300 in midnight black with L safety pack. Ordered through motorfinity in mid August have been told early Feb delivery date hopefully, but asked to hold off til March for new plates.
Hopefully a realistic time frame.

How have others been getting updates on build time/delivery. Seen a few references to SLI numbers? How does this work?
Thanks.

Hi, Just ordered a pipeline stock VZ2 245 Cupra Leon for my daughter this week. I was told the car was build week 35 and Seat have said via Facebook that the car is in production. Anyone got any idea how long she will be waiting roughly from now? Thanks

6 weeks realistically from when it finishes production to handover.

I’ve had the dreaded “build date removed” email from Leasing Options. It’s been in build however is now waiting for a part (a chip I would assume) so they can’t provide a completion date

How annoying, we had this with BMW My daughter had a M135i on order due production last week until they pulled the slot until March next year. Hopefully by ordering a pipeline car we will get this one quicker…

Did Cupra ever tell you that the car completed production?

I was given a confirmed build date, I checked back after a week and they had confirmed it had went into production. Now they tell me that it still shows as being in production however it’s waiting on a part before it can be completed. That’s why the dealer have been given the build date removed update. I assume it means that it’s been completed apart from the chip and sitting in a car park away from the production line

Ah, OK. Mine was built the same week as yours and completed production. On its way to exit port last thing I heard.

Should be updated next week. I'm hoping it's on Aquarius Ace. 🤞

I had the same email too, no estimate delivery date can be given. Thats all I was told.

Hopefully it's only 2-3 weeks delay.🤞

The most annoying bit is my mate ordered a Formentor about a month ago and it went into build about the same time as my Leon, it’s already on a boat to the UK

I think I’m going to walk away from my deal, still no change in build status and I can’t afford to be without a car due to work. All lease deals look crap compared to what I’ve ordered so I think I might end up just buying a used car

Buy a cheaper 2k car and keep the order in for the Cupra, that's the best option I would think.
