wraparound interior lighting

I have bought a seat Leon ST fr 2021 with wraparound interior lighting when I bought the car the light was work and I had many choices to change the color but som how all the choices has been deleted and I have just the choice individual in the background lighting menu as you se in the picture. My question is how to install the color package on my car to make wraparound interior lighting work again. I put my car to seat service they download the latest update to my car but they doesn't help me to fix wraparound interior lighting they say that my car doesn't have this funktion but the truth that my car have this function and it worked when I bought it.

You don't have wraparound interior lighting from those pictures anyway, that's just ambient lighting. You'd have a light bar all across the dashboard too if you had - are you saying that you used to have this?

yes I used to have but it doesn't light because I can't choose from the menu to light it. as you see I have just individual. when I bought my car it worked. the menu should be like this pic

They're all like that. Did the one under the windscreen ever light up?

As I said before, I don't believe you actually have wraparound interior lighting.

In the UK it is standard on FR First Edition, FR Sport, Excellence Lux.

It may be different in Sweden, but I'm of the opinion it isn't.

När jag köpte bilen allt funkade perfekt men sen försvann allt. Nu kan jag inte byta ens färgen på interiör och den enda alternativ individuell. problemet är att Seat verkan i Halmstad eller Laholm vet hur ska dem fixa det o ladda ned ambient belysning i bilen igen dem bara säger att din bil har inte denna funktion fast jag sa till dem tio tusen gånger att det funkade när jag köpte bilen men ingen fattar något om denna bil.

That's the wraparound ambient lighting.

Yes I have on my car. but if you see the menu on the screen there are many choices we can choose, but it has disappeared from my car do not understand why I only have indvidule. and even i cant change the colors.

The Wrap around ambient light is an option. If you paid extra for this, then you have it in your receipt of the car. You go and show your receipt to the dealer and ask for the fix. They cannot deny you an option you paid for. If you did not checked this option then you do not have it, and if you did, then it was a mistake.

Now for the rest of the options on the screen for the ambient lighting, you have to ask a dealer. See if the dealership has a similar car with yours to compare the differences.

Got a 21 plate arona and just noticed all our options for interior light colours have disappeared. There is 1 option for intensity of the lights but it says we can't use this function. We set the lights to red but now we don't have any options of colour so I think this guy's telling the truth. They've 100% took the option out on an update.

I know it's an old thread but my seat also removed the option to change colour of ambient light I had red now only white without any option to change its intensity also the dimmer on the LCD screen doesn't work I can move left right no change in lightnes.... before I contact service did you solved it?

no its not solved. The contact center for seat they said to me that my car dosent support this function they lieing I wish that I have pic to show them. as u see in the pic I have in my car from both side Led light I show them but they said that I have to buy this function.

I think you have ambient lighting and not the fancy 'wraparound' lights that run along the top of the dashboard. Indeed from your picture it looks like you have the lights in the door, however I'm pretty sure you don't. It looks exactly like mine and i don't have them.

ok, here's my update: I've just back from seat's service and my lights are back (red color )in my car Arona 2020 fr, they said they unplugged battery and made an update of the software (however soft version still is the same in infotainment) now i can select red/white/none
