Alloy close up and those Brembo brakes, reassuring Audi logos all over! Alloys easy to clean with no fussy little fiddly bits that need a toothbrush to access!!

Did your have the foam under the boot floor ? some have it some dont. Some cars got it as though a spare was being fitted but no spare wheel there.

No, no foam under the boot floor, just a shallow circular void with no spare wheel. The tyre repair kit (can and compressor) is supplied in a nice little cover which fits neatly in one of the side pockets in the boot.

Hopefully that gets resolved for you, it's an epic car and worth waiting for. Another tip, if you take out the 5 day drive away insurance, be prepared for Seat Insurance to not be able to find the Formentor on their system! My call advisor held out and spoke to an underwriter in the team, who 'found' the Formentor in an obscure area (not listed alphabetically, apparently!) on their system! Makes sure you check on the Forum for what you should expect to get when you collect your car too - I didn't get a First Aid Kit (will be on to my Dealer Monday), others haven't received mats etc. Again, another example of a Premium product, but not a Premium Brand?

Hopefully I receive everything that I should receive when I do eventually receive my Formentor. When my Ateca was delivered it only came with one key so I refused to accept it until I had a spare key!

Sorting out insurance sounds like a nightmare. Hopefully things improve in the next 3 months leading up to when I should take delivery of mine.

Loads of insurers available now buddy, the comparison sites have the car in the database and plenty of underwriters.

No problems I will put a guide together as we don't have one currently (it's a relatively new feature). @Gregums your account is new so you won't have permission to upload to the section until your account switches from "Member" to "Active member" - sorry. No problem and please don't apologise as it's there for good reason, I can wait to progress to 'Active Member', something to look forward to. I feel a little better as it's not just my age ?, I was really chuffed to sort out my Cupra ID (?)
