I think that I will raise a complaint to my local SEAT/CUPRA Dealership and see what they have to say about this joke

It actually appears to contain less info on this screenshot but all the others have zero difference.Your pictures show that you were using the newer connection protocol UDS/ODX/ASAM.
Try to connect with the old protocol and you will see that the Byte data is like mine and contains more data.
Well, you could just post the photo and give me at least a fighting chance with them.I'd be as bold to say that even if I did post the photo you require, SEAT or Cupra would still not do anything to resolve the missing image.
Then again, maybe you could just make a copy to put over your screen!
Please dont get me wrong here.I see that my feeble attempt at humour was not taken in the same manner in which it was intended. Ah well....
Hi TellThe solution is going to be the firmware release of the infotainment unit. What's your release Yanivkoval. 515 seems to be the most recent release on the standard unit. If yours is a lower release you could ask one of the people on the software update thread with 515 and VCDS / Obdeleven to turn their car into an Ateca and put that 10 code into the field to turn it into the Cupra version and search for the images.... just in case it was a known spec fault and fixed or anybody reading this thread with 515. Or could insist that if lower number your dealer upgrades you. The images if they are to appear will be in the 5F firmware, its whether they have left them out by accident or design. The 10 code toggles them all not just the boot up screen. How the high works so the standard will be the same. It's the only way it will be fixed is for Seat to have the images in the firmware.
Post 31 on the thread where I used Boyracer's long string to identify the code and turned my standard Ateca into a Cupra Ateca. If yours isn't 515 firmware you need to get some one to try out whether the images are indeed in 515. Your dealer could do that if they had that most recent firmware.
No it is not.Glad you’re getting this sorted but does it really really matter
Also, where I leave the CUPRA Ateca costs 74,000€. And I really think that anyone who is paying that amount of money would be mad about this too. This is so called premium brand, and they need to make everything right and step up their game. My personal opinion.Glad you’re getting this sorted but does it really really matter
I’m not sure where the Cupra brand sits at the minute it is too new to be classed premium right now. Also, where I leave the CUPRA Ateca costs 74,000€.
