We're in talks at the moment to see what's going to happen, it is a while away but yes things may need to be rearranged. We will update more when we hear from the venue and talk it over etc
Got this through from the host as expected with the 3 week extension things will not be going ahead for our meet (obviously) so we would to say that as soon as its safe to do so we will rearrange a new date keeping your old tickets will just mean they work on the new date.

First of all, thank you so much for pre-booking your parking in advance of your visit to us. Given the strange times we find ourselves in currently, we are reaching out to everyone that has pre-booked tickets over the next few weeks. Following the announcement made by the British Government today to extend the lockdown for at least another 3 weeks, we will be unable to open our doors to our wonderful customers in the near future, and for absolutely the right reasons.
Given the constraints we are currently facing as a business, issuing large numbers of refunds puts significant strain on our cashflow. To assist us at this time, we'd really appreciate it if you would consider rearranging your parking ticket to be used at a later date. We will be in touch with you once we have further clarity on the situation over the coming weeks, and we can arrange a date that suits you. However, if you would rather receive a refund instead, we can of course arrange that.
From all of us here at Caffeine&Machine, we wish you and your families the best. Please stay safe and we'll see you all soon.
