Can't find any car carrier ship docking around that time!! Where did you get that information?I've been told by Seat that my car arrived at the Grimsby port on the 18th of Feb! They've said something about a movement or something being booked in to get it to the dealer to PDI it though.
Does anyone have any idea on how long it could be from now?
Thanks

Suggest you ring Seat UK Customer Service (with your Seat SLI order number). I've found them very helpful and they told me which ship mine was on and confirmed it had actually landed.
It's up to the dealer to book transport from the docks to the dealership. Have been told this could take up to 10 days (I hope not for mine!!)
That's what i've been told by Seat Customer services anyway! I might be wrong on the date, but i'm pretty sure that was the date it arrived. It was deffo last week anyway.
Okay, 10 days i can live with, because that means hopefully 2-3 weeks for delivery!
I've just been on the phone to Seat UK regarding my order. Ordered end of October and car was built week 50. Mine was shipped out of Barcelona on the 18th and will be arriving at Grimsby whenever it arrives. The way the woman spoke about it i originally thought it had actually docked at Grimsby on the 18th but she corrected me after my comment of 'awesome it's in this country'. It's on the Comet Ace currently moored in Zeebrugge. My parents live 10 miles from the yard in Grimsby so very annoying knowing it will be so close yet have to sit there before being hauled to a dealer and then driven to me!

Did Seat UK tell you the name of the ship your car was on? Couldn't see any arrivals at Grimsby last week (data only goes back to the 14th...).
Once you have the ship name you can track it. There have been several shipping delays due to the recent storms though.
Seat UK can also confirm if your car has actually landed or not.....
Anyone know the Co2 level of the cupra st under wltp? Got one on order pch and need to know how much more I have to fork out if it arrives after April.
Isn't the first year tax included in your car price so nothing to worry about as the following years don't care about CO2 levels?I had the same concern. Apparently manufacturers aren't allowed to disclose the official figure before the new system comes in - read a story in a Sunday paper a couple of weeks ago and it seems the system is totally against the consumer's interest. However, I did some convoluted digging and found a provisional figure on a government website that said 190g for the 300 ST, so at the very top of the next tax band reflecting an increase of £325 on first registration. If it ends up being 191g then that would be the next band, and an increase of £750.

From what I've also read is that any car manufactured after September 2018 has to use WLTP CO2 figures and not NEDC figures. So the current figures should still stand in April.
They sure know how to complicate stuff. Just seen the current CO2 figures are the WLTP figures altered to reflect the old NEDC. It states it in small print in the brochure. I've got the WLTP hatch which was specifically made from Sept 2018 onwards so assumed the ST was the same? I thought they added PPFs to both cars. Or is this still classed as the old car despite emissions modifications? It is included in the car price, but my broker has an exclusion for increases in tax, and if the vehicle is registered after 1st April then the first year's tax will be higher, and they'll be recouping it from me. I can't imagine it's any different with lease or PCP companies.
As I said, WLTP emisson figures are not available to the public yet. Where it is a new model post September 2018, which I don't believe that the 296bhp ST is, then NEDC figures are temporarily calculated from the WLTP figures using a formula. However, from 1st April vehicles will be registered using the actual WLTP figure.
I will see if I can find the VED webpage that stated 190g, but I can't remember how I got to it off-hand. I should have bookmarked it.

Looks like the hatch has jumped too, from 149 to 171 if their figures are accurate.I found the link that gives the WLTP emissions figure if available.
Lookup the vehicle at https://carfueldata.vehicle-certification-agency.gov.uk/search-new-or-used-cars.aspx
On the results page, right hand side under the CO2 section, there is a link for 'available WLTP data'. It shows 190g for the Cupra ST 300 Lux. It does have a caveat that the figures given are for reference purposes only at this stage.
