Also when did you last service the diverted valve.
They will start to leak after a while. You can buy a replacement seal and spring too.

Best option is to return to OEM valve which is good to about 400 brake. Only about 30 quid too.

Check Bills website. Think the V3 turbo inlet pipe is about £ 130
That could be wrong as going from memory.
It’s not the down pipe it’s a silicone pipe that connects to air filter and front of turbo.
While talking exhaust down pipe if that was also changed you would probably see even better gains as the engine would be breathing out better.

Jus got my downpipe delivered today with my decat so will be fitting this on monday. Car sounds awful at the moment blowing up lol. Quick question tho if I do fit the decat will the engine light come on and will the turbo over spool I've only remap my car to stage 1 and I dont want to damage anything need some advice cheers

Hey mate I managed to get a badger one for 169 was in two minds the forge one was same price too but I thought badger one is better

Nice.
Can’t go wrong with Bill’s stuff.
Will make a difference on the rolling road for sure.

Look into the spacers available for decat pipe, will stop EML coming on. Moves sensor further from flow of gasses (increased flow due to decat).
Turbo shouldn't necessarily over spool , although every map/car is different, just be cautious further up rev range/near red line as quite easy to over boost & hit limp mode.
You will have *fun* fitting downpipe & decat. Job for a ramp !

With all the new modifications you would be mad not to have another mapping session on the car.
My downpipe and decat produced an extra 13 bhp and 20..lbs of torque on my current map from Badger5.
We were all really surprised and impressed.

This down pipe is a pain to fit jus got it installed and its maad it is touching the sub frame making it vibrate while on idle and I could feel the vibration to my feet while I'm driving and suggestion what to do ?

To be fair, there's lots of comments on here I disagree with. First of all like someone has said Awesome should have a pretty good idea what the issues are as they have been mapping cars for ages. But in all honesty buddy nearly all the shops/garages back in the day are all steering away from the 1.8T so they literally don't care as much as they did. Even my own garage I have been using for 10 years even says to me why do I keep ploughing money into the LCR get a new car?

V Power may be beneficial to modern engines but it certainly never felt right with my car. It always felt different to Momentum. When I out a tank of that in my car loves it.

Lastly even on a 14 year old car you shouldn't be losing any horses at all. Its literally down to maintenance and throwing money at it. Not cheap eBay crap that most people still insist on doing.

My LCR is a 55 plate and it made 309bhp still on stock K04 and on a base R Tech map. And to the nay sayers I have a print out.

But mate I would use another tuner maybe.
