Eibach Prokit, tank is full, got a few stuff in the back and a friend in the front seat so that’s why it looks coilover low. Front is always like that.
Normal ride height is a bit higher in the back if the car is empty.
I’m satisfied with the springs, I got the sportier look I wanted, car is nicely planted and there is less body roll.
The only thing I didn’t care about was the comfort because of my rock hard FR I didn’t expect much from even sportier Cupra. But no, Cupra is literally 5 times more comfortable than my FR was, probably due to DCC.
Comfort mode is on point with the stock springs, can’t comment on sport mode since I never used it, Cupra mode is bit harder but amazing when you push the car.
Ride height is aesthetically 8/10, would love it to be a bit lower but in the front there’s a rieger splitter and with the springs on I never had any issues entering steep car parks or similar. Can’t comment parking on kerbs or whatever it’s called cause I never do that with my cars.
All in all for everyday drive Prokit offers me everything I need.
Also to mention, I did consider Sportline but after a ride in golf gti which bottom outed all the time it was a no from me.
Hope I helped assure you to lower your CARBON.

Yeah had no plans to lower a car ever again. The 280 with the splitter and side skirts just looked low anyway. But the blades on the carbon don't lower the sides at all, and the carbon splitter is no lower than the normal bumper. So its now on the cards...

From 280ps front wheel drive manual to 300ps DSG AWD. No regrets, the 280 is a more engaging drive, but the 300 has prestigious grip and is effortless to drive. The DSG is impressive and interior fit and finish is better than 280. Not night and day different but noticeable. Plus the car feel more solid, more planted, maybe thats the extra weight.

Both looks great! I dig the old type Performance Alloys. Enjoy!

Thanks. Me too, but the new design is growing on me. I wonder what the weight difference between the two is. The performance alloys + PS4S tyres is quite lightweight.

The PS4S where heavier than than Conti 5Ps i took off.

On a side note, the 3 mods I've done which have now made it more engaging to drive then my 280...

PS4S Tyres (Contis it came with her naff, had Michelin Pilot Super Sports on my 280). This got it 90% there I'd say.

VCDS/OBD11, enable the 'Increased traction' in the 4WD Module. This made my car near as damn it perfect, not quite FWD 280 but great.

Strut brace. Honestly, was quite skeptical on this, but it feels more solid and capable than the 280, but with the engagement dialled back in. Only had it on a day and its awesome.

Now I have the brace fitted, going to turn the Increased Traction mod off as that has reduced my fuel economy, and hope it doesn't lose too much.
