Ordered mine ST 300 4drive mid June 2018. . Expected delivery October 9th 2018 at first... Now it's March 2019... I reside in Finland and we get the "Winter pack" as standard in all vehicles - for rather obvious reasons.. 3-5ft of snow and record low around -50°C

Surprisingly well. I've had a 2009 Leon Cupra, a 5dr Cupra 280 and an ST 290. Driven for many winters without any probs. But of course a fuel operated engine preheater (Webasto or Eberspächer) or an electric engine heater with a electric pump to enhance the heated coolant flow is a must on temps below -30°C... Must say the difflock makes a world of difference also in icy and snowy conditions.
You'd love the 530e until you got destroyed by a Cupra on a twisty road

havent seen any variation myself as every time i try to see a Cupra with the digital dash at a dealer its not there, as the management all have them as their cars... GRR!!!

but I haven't seen this before, and I want it
Not in the flesh but it's on the flagship CUPRA Ateca.
Some other countries SEAT CUPRA sites have displayed it also.
Don't rule out anything for MY19 yet, but don't get your hopes up either...

I'm currently holding out the hope that I actually get a car...ANY car.

So...it turns out my BW38 HAS gone into production and is currently being held at production until 2nd October when the technical data for the Cupra's is released. It is only then that the cars can then be quality checked and released from the factory. The date of October 2nd is subject to change on a weekly basis and can only be confirmed through the internal Seat Hub.
This is an update from my supplying dealer who have contacted the Seat Dealer Support network.
I'm still hopefully I'll get the car by the end of October!

Don't want to alarm anyone but take a look at the seat.nl website and translate it in Google.
They appear to have updated it.

Unfortunately - they list the dsg as 7 speed with 300bhp.
They also have a Cupra black edition but I know nothing about that. May have been there before.
