People waiting for your cars, which dealer did you order through?

I'm waiting for my car, and was hoping to have it soon. Think I will call Seat again tomorrow and check where it's at.

Is there anyway of tracking an order online BTW guys? Or is it just via CS and the dealer?

I must admit starting to get a little frustrated with SEAT. I sympathise with the dealer, but it's been 8 weeks since ordering with no status change not even an indicative build week number.
It's making me tempted to sack it off and get a Golf R, which for my spec is basically the same price anyway...

This sounds depressingly familiar... My car has now been sitting at the UK port for more than two weeks, apparently “waiting for a transporter.” No-one seems to be able to give me a straight answer about when the car will be ready. I wouldn’t mind so much were it not for the fact that I ordered it almost six months ago

The whole experience is putting me off ever ordering a new SEAT ever again...

Its not just Seat - its all of the Volkswagen Group manufacturers - seems to be a combination of arrogance and incompetence down in Milton Keynes, having worked there a fair bit over the years theres plenty of both in plain sight in every department

I agree with you 100% indy and find myself in a similar predicament. Ordered st cupra in Jan and still no build date. Dealer keeps saying no update. Then to add insult to injury I read on this forum peeps who ordered I'n Jan are now receiving build and delivery dates. I need to check paperwork for possible get out clause as keep finding myself looking at other marques

I was quoted 16-20weeks around 7 weeks ago but I still haven’t even had a provisional build week, just that the order has been accepted by the factory.

Morning all, first post so thought I'd make it relevant, ordered a Cupra ST manual in urban silver (though Ice silver was still being quoted at dealer!) on PCH for a couple of years, 10k a year mileage, no extras! Drove a DSG 5dr at the dealer and loved it. Now the long wait begins! Anybody ordered one recently been given a lead time? I have an order no. but not even close to a build date yet I imagine! Anyway i'm sure i'll be popping up a little more!

I received my Cupra ST on Tuesday and the DSG is absolutely brilliant, and IMO is the most impressive thing about the car. The gear changes are quick, smooth and almost unnoticeable, I've always driven manuals but this DSG box is a game changer for me, personally.

I got my 300 on Tuesday and love it. Pleased with the improvements made since the 280, the interior is nicer with the alcantara on the doors, the digital dash looks very up market. Like the noise too, a bit more from the exhaust but not too loud. Can't find how to turn down the sound actuator thing, I was sure folk had said this was possible on facelift?

Can't fault SEAT Derby either, ordered the car 31 October, it came earlier than expected and they held it for me and took my 280 back early and are holding that for me until it goes back.

I've ordered the ST version in manual guise as a replacement for my bmw 330e m sport. Having had an m135i previous to that I'm looking forward to getting back into a rocket ship and can't wait to see how it compares.

Just collected my Cupra yesterday. I was looking for a dsg but they are a 6 month wait so after much searching I found a Monsoon Grey manual at a local dealer who gave me a good deal on a lease.
There are a few cars around if you call dealers but some have lots of options while other dealers are not prepared to do any decent deal.

Picked up the awesome cupra today! What a beast! Not to long of a wait either I ordered back in December.

Unfortunately no cupra mats sales person said they don’t come with them standard.

I have ordered a ST 4drive DSG and currently in limbo as haven't yet had any news. Hope to get a build week soon! Ordered the 17th Feb after a test drive of both DSG and manual versions.
