Unfortunately no cupra mats sales person said they don’t come with them standard.

Looks great that. Shame the sales person lied to you, cupra mats are standard fitment. I'd complain to the dealer and if no luck get onto SEAT customer services.

Congratulations to everyone who's got their car, can't wait for mine.

People who have just got theirs, how long did it take from being in port to you taking delivery?

I received my Cupra ST on Tuesday and the DSG is absolutely brilliant, and IMO is the most impressive thing about the car. The gear changes are quick, smooth and almost unnoticeable, I've always driven manuals but this DSG box is a game changer for me, personally.
I had my Cupra ST delivered to my door on Thursday morning, and I wholeheartedly agree on the DSG box! I've been driving a 2017 Leon 7spd DSG diesel courtesy car for the last 2 months, and I was a little apprehensive about getting into the 6spd Cupra as I expected it to be a downgrade, but the 6spd is so much better than the 7spd, feels much smoother and quicker to change, even in comfort mode!

Loving the whole car so far too! :)

Lovely colour and nice splitter and skirts. Are they from the factory body kit?

MK3 Leon ST Cupra 290 Black Edition

Cheers mate she’s real nice yeah all from the accessories book. The splitter is a same fit on the cupra as the fr so don’t take any lies from the dealer telling you otherwise.

I agree with everyone I think it’s how the cupra should of come!

As mentioned mats do come with the car, maybe the dealer is putting them into stock and clicking the £80 or whatever price they are.
I asked my sales guy if you get mats and he said that you get Cupra ones which means they have a small tag on them.

Yes, it's just a small tag of the Cupra flag logo on the front mats, I fairly sure the rear mats don't have the logo tag on them.

Just got back from IMG.
Picked up my Cupra. Absolutely in love with the car!
Two others were also being collected today.

I've just placed my order today on a Leon Cupra ST DSG (FWD). Spent far too much time on here deliberating whether or not I should go for it... finally pulled the trigger. I'm sure the dogs will appreciate it!

Are you able to point out where it says the cupra mats are standard as I can’t seem to find it. And need it to complain.

It doesn't, which is why dishonest dealerships get away with charging extra for them.

Frankly I'm baffled why any dealership would take them out and just tell customers they don't come as standard though. What do they do with them afterwards?

And need it to complain.
You don't need "proof" to complain. Ask for the Head of Business/Dealer Principal/General Manager rather than going back to the Sales Executive that lied to you or the Sales Manager.

My Cupra ST was delivered to me on Tuesday, and it came with Cupra mats fitted as standard.

This was JCB seat in ashford, I asked if they had them in stock to buy and they said no . Anyone else bought a cupra through ashford jcb seat? And got the mats?

I spoke to the guy who sold me my cupra and he said they all come with mats, even the base models and anyone who tells you otherwise is telling lies. He did tell me they come packed in the boot and it has been known for them to go missing on occasion! There is an option of winter mats which are the usual rubber one's.
