Wheels look awful in my opinion, do like the seats though.

Thanks for posting.

I like the new standard wheels, its the performance pack wheels that look naff. Best wheels are still the original performance pack wheels.

Yeah.. can you post them here? You had to register on that site to view them.

Looks a different car.

I love those seats, I have buckets in my mk2 and I love them. If / when I go for the mk3 I'll be ensuring I have them. The interior looks a lot more mature than the previous version and I think it looks lovely. I'm liking everything about it, especially the alcantara.

The front is uglier than the pre-FL.

I see nothing here that would make me swap my 280 (although the bigger screen would be nice - but I don't really care).

Front bumper is a step down. I appreciate there is only the vents and the black behind the number plate that makes the Cupra and FR bumper different on the 280/290, but the 300 bumper just isn't different enough or aggressive enough for me.

I think it's just a mild evolution.. doesn't look better or worse than the pre facelift, but it certainly looks more modern. To my eyes at least!

Headlights look a bit more detailed which is nice and the bigger screen etc just makes it more up to date.

I understand some of you guys already own a 290 or a 280, but let's face it. The new front bumper looks better, more aggressive. Really looking forward to see one in the flesh. So torn between a Focus RS and a Cupra 300 right now.

It really doesn't. The thing that annoys me the most is the 2 types of meshes used on the grills have one or the other! And the stuck on plastic surround for the leds ain't great.

I've got a 300 coming, so much cheaper than the RS, and once on the move probably quicker.

I was trying to be tactful re the facelift changes, but 5 years down the road, the facelift 300 will be the one most people will be chasing.

If I take into account the list prices, the Cupra 300 will be around the price of the RS with the options I want, maybe 1000-2000 Euros cheaper. I'm hoping on a big discount on a Cupra 300 to make my decision easier.

Hate the fact that the Focus RS has a horrible turning circle and shitty fuel consumption.

Cupra 300 Buckets / Door Card [Pics]

Does the 300 have open vents on the side grills for feeding air to the front brakes, the FR's are definitely solid but can't seem to tell on these pics of the Cupra.

I've renamed this thread as it seems to have emerged as the general Cupra 300 discussion thread.

I'll be at the media launch on Monday and will obviously do our usual review afterwards, but any pictures, things you want to know before I go please let me know. I'll also try and share some stuff live on the day via our Twitter and FB accounts.

Would be nice to get some answers, if you get the chance to meet the right people:
- is the Performance Pack / Sub8 including Brembo brakes for both axles (as seen in the rendered pics)?
- pls take lots of pics of Cupras in Mystery Blue color
- I have checked various SEAT sources and websites, nobody saw a 4drive in flesh. Ask about any known production delays for 4drive / Performance Pack ?
