This mod makes the fog lights come on with the high beam and also if you flash your headlights they will also flash, this mod obviously no good in your case without fogs lights.

No error message displayed on mine but the OBDeleven app apparently has a mod to overcome this
Anyone had any luck with the comfort rear wiper adaptation? I'm trying to turn it off so it doesn't wipe when reverse is selected. I've followed these steps but no change.
Permanently disable comfort rear wiper system
If you do not like that every time you back up the rear wiper is started with this mod you can disable it.
1 - Electronic control module 09-. Code (31347)
2 - Adaptation
3 - Select - wiper
4 - Sub heck -Traenenwischen
5 - Change value on off
Any ideas or long coding that might work?

I did the mod where it's selectable in the car setup menu and unticked it and it worked first time.

Hi all, ive had my OBD11 for a few weeks but not yet hooked it up to my cupra (290 BE 66 Plate), I intend to do the following:
- folding mirrors without press and hold;
- (maybe) reduce sound actuator;
- rain sensing windows closing;
the other mods I would consider are already activated by the looks of it.
A couple of questions i have though:
1) Is this something that will flag up when i get the car serviced?? (Im on PCH).....i think this might have been already answered but I cant seem to find it?!?!
2) the traffic sign recognition, what does it do?? Am i likely to need extra hardware to use it??

It reads the/some road signs and relay them to the screen in the car.
You need the camera behind the mirror to make this work, if you have the camera it does this anyway as far as I'm aware, so bit of a pointless mod, unless I'm missing something
Got mine today, done Scandinavian DRL's, tear drop wipe, turning cornering fogs on, dial sweep on, fan speed LED's on when on auto, door mirror fold on lock. Might do the extended brake lights and DRL dim on indicators. Also changed my rear indicator bulbs and reversing light bulb to LED's, is a nice improvement!
Noticed my car had a lot of the options already on such as FR start screen on the HU, amount to fill tank etc, maybe cos it's a MY16?

I've just got mine this morning after ordering it on the 16th Dec, so 2 week wait for it to turn up. Hopefully get a chance to play around with it today
Finally got my obdeleven today, managed to get the needle sweep on which looks cool...
Any ideas how I can get the door car red led to flash with the indicators and how to do the one click mirror fold. Once the mirror fold is activated to fold when locking will this unfold when unlocked ?

Had a couple of days playing with my Christmas present (apart from turning off the open door alarm when I first received it in November then handing it over to wifee for wrapping).
Here's what I've done and whether it's worked or not....
So, mainly OK, but still need to work on a few things.

- Mirror Fold on locking - Yey, no more numb thumb........
- Heated Seat Memory - Works. Initially turned both to always remember last setting, subsequently changed passenger one to 10 minutes memory.
- Enable Fan Speed on Auto - Works
- Lock / Unlock Acoustic Confirmation - Doesn't work. Not sure why. Will re-read this thread to see if the answer is obvious. Used the App. When I tried the adaption coding, I don't have 'Signs Response' so I can't code it.
- Reverse Bulb up to 127% - Can't tell the difference, still seems dim, need to replace with a Cree Bulb
- Coming / Leaving Home Lights Duration - Didn't work, not sure why. Changed in coding to be 60 seconds but still 30 seconds. May be something to do with the setting in the menu in the car still shows 30 seconds.
- Rain closing of Windows and Sunroof - Not tested yet, coded OK
- Drive Profile on ODB - Works...But.... Comfort and Sport modes display correctly in the display when you start the car, or change mode, but Cupra and Individual are swapped over which is strange.
- Lower Light Sensitivity - Done and works
- Changed speed for Auto Main Beam Activation - Done not tested
- Dash lighting always on - Done and works
- 3rd Bracke Light on with Coming / Leaving Home Lights - Done and works
So, mainly OK, but still need to work on a few things.
I had this problem as well, couldn't find 'signs response' in the adaptation list. I managed to find it under 'acknowledge signals' instead and I've now got the beep working when locking/unlocking.
Does anyone know if it's possible to activate the different analogue clock choices when the infotainment is in standby? Mine only has a digital clock, but I know someone with an ST that has different choices when you put your hand near the screen.
Mine disappeared altogether recently , not sure why. Any idea how to get it back?
