hey guys,
not much been happening lately thankgod lol(cheap month)
i removed the rear wheels today to clean under the arches etc and give the wheels a scrub


then i thought id try the 10mm spacers i used with the orions on the backend to see if it makes the backend a bit 'fatter'



3mm front & 10mm back

that was enough for today so ill do the front end next time

hey mike these are hub centric spacers so presumably they'd go straight on?

I've never bothered or looked into spacers but in guessing if the holes are threaded they won't work with my studs.

Are the holes in the spacers plain or threaded?

If they were threaded then just drill out the thread...simples lol

no m8,
its killing me not being able to clean under the bonnet lol
it will be sorted on the 18th hopefully

Picked up a TTRS Lpfp cheap to be installed on the 18th
stronger pump so will hold fuel pressure upto the redline

Interested to see what difference this makes buddy, would be great to be able to do a before/after RR to see exactly what it changes!

well another nice day to get the front wheels off and get the rest of that cow crap off lol and a quick spruce up under the arches
started with meguiars Apc dwelling for 5 mins then brushed it all,rinsed then meguiars degreaser dwell then fine brush and rinse

while that was dwelling id give the wheel a good soak the same way





fitted alloys and cleaned tyres and put some meguiars tyre stuff on


a good detail overall just forgot my tardis to get the final tar spots off

Won't be requesting any more pressure than an oem pump can supply at 2+ but the pump should be working at a much lower duty cycle, so under less stress. Future proof for BT too

another deap clean today,tried out some dragons breath iron remover,just to see how clean these alloys actually are lol




not that bad really,impressed with the stuff though
all rinsed off


also removed my old bttc grills for the newly painted 1's i did i got cheap off ebay
once off you can tell how bad these really were,new to old
quite a bit of reaction on the paint


quick clean around while there off also


fitted but a bit too dark but loads better
