Well I've checked and 200ftlb toque x 4500 rpm / 5252 comes out at 171.36 so it sounds right.

Or 295ftlb x 2000rpm / 5252 is 113bhp which is correct as per the graph

wasn't there a thread many moons ago about a custard code map producing more torque but no extra bhp?

If the map is in bhp and it is that bad, may be worth having it put back to standard, sure Awesome can do it, and leave the box on?

I said that but he said not. Would make sense why is making 170ish bhp which they do and on DTUK they say the 170 'can' produce 450nm of torque which is 330 so would makes sense why it's only making 290ftlb.

What's your reg pal? Or how much is your tax? As 140's tax is £110 I think and 170's are £125-£130

The 70mpg is the ecu lying to you, this has been explained to you countless times. The only way to see your actual increase in mpg is to fill the tank and see how many miles you get out of it compared to without the box. But it seems all my thoughts have been confirmed from your dyno.

If your "170bhp" FR has been remapped before.....why arnt you getting 200+ bhp?

The 70mpg can be shown from a video I made a while back when I got the car, the mpg I got with the box varied and also the results from the dyno measures the bhp on the wheel or clutch so it you want to find out the engine bhp which most vehicle manufacture state, multiply the dyno results by 115%, and also to find out the bhp of a car on the wheel multiply the engine bhp by 85% this varies with AWD

I've seen this video before. I'm not been funny but your sat at 52mph on a motorway I presume probably in the flat aswell. If you drove a full tank on the motorway then yeah you would avg 70mpg but this would take you over 10 hours and isn't accurate. I can get 101mpg doing a 5 mile trip to the train station but ain't accurate.

Like somebody has said you need to do a full up, reset your trip, brim it again when nearlly empty and see how much you've put in against the mileage done.

Sorry but sitting at 52mph on the motorway isn't accurate.
