3" Downpipe ebay

Just a quick one to check that this ebay downpipe will fit my LCR, as far as I know they are usually interchangeable between S3/TT/LCR? Just want to double check, thanks.

P.S Anyone else had one of these?

They fit the Leon fine, from what I've seen the TT and S3 downpipes fit the Leon but the Leon downpipe doesn't fit the TT or the S3 because the transfer box gets in the way.

Thanks for letting me know! It's probably the ugliest DP I've ever seen on a standard LCR, twin pea shooters, but why...

Though don't they run into twin cats? Maybe it makes them more efficient or something?

I don't think it would be totally rubbish. It's 3" and de-cat like any other.

Only thing I hear about this Chinese stuff is the welds sometimes tend to crack as the high quality isn't there like the branded stuff.

I've had a fair bit of crap from chinabay to be honest. If I do buy it from chinabay I'll be thoroughly inspecting it and keeping my eyes on it once installed, that's the best I can do I guess.

It's not a direct fit, LCR has a flange joint and TT/S3 have one that slips over the other.

Looks like the pictured ebay dp has a 10mm flange...not sure what you mean

He's on about where it connects to the catback. On the LCR it bolts on whereas this on slips inside/outside the catback pipe

Oh yeah I see where you mean. Ive got a spare flange that can be welded on as long as I can cut the reducing bit off..
