Reference the leather seats / Cupra embossment, just stumbled over this thread on the forum - it may answer our questions (see the pics).

So, would people choose the white trimmed seats just to get the Cupra logo on the seat back? In my opinion, the white trim only works on the white / dark cars (which to be fair is most of them!), not sure it works on red or silver though...

Thanks for digging that up, does concern me as I spoke to another sales person at seat stoke earlier and asked the question again and he confirmed that they (leather all black) did come with the cupra logo... Classic case of left and right hand?

Hes sending over some updated figures via email later so I'll forward him the thread/pictures and ask what the hell, get him to phone the factory directly if thats what it takes to confirm this whole debate.

No worries, I looked on the seat.co.uk configurator again and the Cupra embossing vanishes on the seats when you select black leather, but stays on alcantara and grey leather option. Even more confusing is the brochure looks like the black leather actually has it, and my local dealer says both leather options don't. Confused.com! Although I am inclined to go with what the pictures I found are. Shame really as these seats are the same ones you can get as an option in the base models!

Finally arrived one black Cupra 5 door

with side skirts

alcantara seats with Cupra logo

and rear

with manual gearbox

and front view without ACC

Also noticed in front of the splitter under the front bumper are air ducts leading towards front brakes.
Engine still tight so cannot wait to bed her in

I see that the 280 part of the rear badge is missing like Biker mentioned...

Let's hope it is an oversight a bit like the 280 badges missed off the early production cars and the current one's have them fitted. Fingers crossed

I see that the 280 part of the rear badge is missing like Biker mentioned...

Thought I ordered it on the 13th March but due to the finance check being slow was not ordered by the dealers until the 17th.

Dealers are chasing up the badge with SEAT UK so don.t be suprised if there are others with badges missing as SEAT have a history of missing badges off special models in the past. To be quite honest I am not bothered either way because once it gets chipped 280 PS will be a lie.

Every vehicle we have is black except the Mustang which I would have bought even if it was pink with blue spots..............just love Mustangs

How is the maual compared to the DSG, do you think it sounds the same in Cupra mode??
