Im trying to find out about the reg plates on them a friend in Spain is trying to find a system like our car history checkers to see with what he can come up with.

In other news SEAT Italia have had the Cupracer out again today testing it

That number plate isn't registered.

I had someone check it in Spain. I was hoping he was going to give me some information about the car.

Auto Zeitung no 23. They claim in the yearly poster of new car release dates calender that Leon Cupra is released in February 2014, unfortunately not any other details. Can scan the poster but don't know if it changes anything. Cant post URL's.

as expected then

Leon TDI i think it says

Heard very early rumours (before the MK3 was launched) of a bi-turbo Leon TDI possibly even being sold as a Cupra TDI

Maybe this is that, Or maybe its a 200+bhp FR TDI

It says Leon TGI (have the magazine) bi-fuel. Think it's a "hybrid" between natural gas and gasoline. It seems according to the chart that there is NO LEON CUPRA R next year?! Of course they can announce the R unexpected some time next year. Leon TGI xxx.ngvglobal.com/seat-introduces-bi-fuel-leon-tgi-0915

Something I saw when reading through an article..

You guys might have already seen it.
Leon Cupra or just a basic one with 4 exhaust?

So the Golf R's starting price has been announced as £29,900 and thats for 300bhp + 4wd + it's a VW and not a Seat so must be looking good for the Cupra to be no more than £26k (max!!), otherwise if it's more it won't be the cleverest of marketing moves. Anyone got any news on price yet?

It's weird that the Golf R is priced lower in UK than Germany (38 235 €, approx 32 000 £)? Can imagine the price in Finland, around 50 000 euro :(

Any word on a release date, specification, prices etc yet?

I am getting close to making a decision on the next car and if the SEAT doesn't get some info/dates/prices out soon, its definitely not going to be a consideration unforatunately.
