You say they fit over the 312mm TT brakes, will these fit over standard brakes aswell, mihgt be a stupid question bc i know the standards are smaller, but interseted in the RS 4 reps.
If so, where can i find myself a pair of these with tyres? And what sort of price am i looking on paying? (not getting myself ripped off )

Yep, they will fit fine. Ebay is probably going to be your best bet for a good selection of different conditions and ages of wheels.

Thanks for the reply, question.. im seeing alott of 5x112 alloy wheels, will these fit? and what does '112' relate to? distance between bolts?

They won't fit unless you get adapters, it's sort of the distance between the bolts... it's the diameter if you drew a circle through the centre of the bolts.

Mk4 Ibizas are 5x100

so if there were 2 parallel bolts, opposing each other, the distnace between them on MK4 should be 100?

There are 5 bolts they can't be opposite each other...

Measure the center to center distance between two studs directly across the hub from each other. Multiply the measurement by 1.05. Measuring in millimeters is the easiest.

From:http://www.myboltpattern.com/measure-rims-bolt-pattern/

After that calculation, for an Mk4, it should be 100mm though yes

Been searching for a while and can't find a definitive answer. I've got a pd160 cupra and just bought a set of Octavia vRS spyders. Are they a straight fit or do I need spacers at all? Help appreciated.

From what I've seen you will need spacers to cover the calipers mate.

Shouldn't poke. That's not a bad size though, front may need slight spacing (5mm-10mm) as my et32 17x8 were less than a finger tip from the shock. And rears could be spaced slightly if you wanted a little poke. If it was me

I'd go for 195 tyres for a touch of stretch and to lessen any rubbing if you're lowered.

Check out my thread as my wheels are very close to rhat size

Mine fit over my 312mm brakes from a TT. The trouble with finding wheels for the 4pots is it depends very much on the spoke design and shape you can't just rely on the offset

Just spotted some Leon TDI130 Sport wheels on Gumtree, the same size as my Spira wheels on my DAB Edition Ibiza. I had thought about putting some winter wheels on these but 205/45/R16 is a pain to buy for summer tyres and an absolute nightmare for winter tyres.

However, if I go up to 205/55/R16, the range and price for winter tyres drops considerably.

Question is, am I leading myself to an issues by jumping up 2 profile sizes like that? The car is on standard suspension, no modifications at all in fact. Thanks.
