The alloys can poke out from the arch, just the tyre tread can't.

A slight tyre stretch might get you that few mm to be legal

My alloys are just little out of arch, but tyres are (area that contacts road) inside the arch.

I've seen some bola b1 18" 8.5j alloys and was wondering if they would be alright or if they would stick out to much or rub?

There are people running 19x9.5 all round so 18x8.5 will be fine*

Tyres arent great but yes tyres too ive new tyres sitting but wanna test the water before fitting them

I have had all 3 sizes on my cupra with 30mm H&R springs fitted
1st 20,s off my mates A4 black edition, to be honest they looked daft to big and made the car look jacked up even though it was lower and they seemed to pull all over the place (tyres were new as well
2nd 19,s looked good, tyres looked like rubber bands The ride was harsh but what do you expect with 35 series tyres, I brought the tyres ready but never got the wheels just kept thinking of them kerbs jumping out on me lol and got a new set of BBS new cheap 18,s
3rd 18,s which I have now with Goodyear f1 as2 ride is just right handles spot on, theres a little bit more tyre on the rim so rides better to me, big plus as well just got 4 new toyo T1 sports to put on lots cheaper than 20,s or 19,s tyres

You could also fit Audi RS4 Alloys

Be careful. The offset of RS4 B7 alloys is ET29. If you want to fit genuine VAG RS4 style 19" alloys, the Le Mans alloys are the ones you want, as they have a much more Leon-friendly offset of ET48

Does anyone know if 8.5x18 et32 will fit or will they stick out too far? The alternative is 7.5x18 et42 but I think these would not sit flush enough with the arches and would look bad.
Does anyone have any experience in this
