bought my self a Lester Rear Diffuser
i couldnt be bothered to wait for Triple R's any more and after more thought didnt think it would be mean enough for my needs
50/50 at the moment...Was happy that I can finally complete the look but then I saw the middle section :/
Hmm do I wait or get this!

Friday mate, can't wait, already got my superchips bluefin and scorpion cat back sat next to me here which will see me around 320 hp ! H&R lowering springs should be here tomorrow and I have also ordered quite a bit of other little things so I can't wait to get it all fitted
I feel like a kid at Christmas all over again !
Big weekend for the Leon.
I took a drive over to my mates place yesterday to do some work and give the motor a well earned wash.
Started by jacking her up and ripping the standard RARB off
To be replaced with a white line model with poly bushes
Can anyone tell me weather this is on the hardest or softest setting? It's being jacked up next week when some bolts of the right length get delivered haha so I can adjust it then if I need to
Then today I got up and took her to a place just down the road with a HAWK EYE laser alignment kit and had my wheels all adjusted.

I gotta b honest I can't feel any difference haha but it must have done some good.
Then I got home and set to work on my intake.
Ripped the old box out....it's MASSIVE :O then fitted my own intake pipe and cone

They are good for 350 hp and even then you only need one if its being tracked like every weekend. Fitting one also causes problems with it going into limp mode and forge haven't yet found a solution. There are only a few guys on the forum who have them fitted and even they say they have regretted it due to the added lag and limp mode problems for the matter of a few extra horsepower. I won't be going past stage 1 with this car anyway ( famous last words), I am done spunking money away trying to chase power and stage 1 is easily enough power for anyone

You can't feel any difference with the RARB? You are not driving hard enough mate
You will notice it once you start giving it the beans, enter the corner Faster than usual, little lift of the throttle and then back on and and watch it whip you around the corner like it wasn't there. Oh and it's on the hardest setting there
@Smee, Im liking that rear diffuser but that middle bit is a little off putting and if they have a template to do the RHD cutout too then I might just get one
Did you have it shipped from Italy or found a UK supplier? May just get in touch with a supplier if possible

Liking this a lot. Such a let down the lesser leons don't get diffusers. Did it arive black? How did you attach? As my standard bumper doesn't have a detachable apron do you think i could fit that? I gues it was about 120pounds? Thanks and sorry for soo many questions

Is it up for sale yet mate? Would you mind dropping me a PM with your asking price, cheers. Am slightly interested but all depends on the cash flow because i'm gonna need new tyres soon and they ain't cheap (well, not if I want to keep the Cupra on the road when I go around a corner!!!)
They have just quoted me £145 delivered and have also stated that it is possible to have a RHD cutout also but at a guess I think thats going to be something I will have to do myself. Still thinking of what Triple R might ponder up with
