Was the DAR car a completely flat floor, enclosing the exhaust etc?
I've seen a pic of the trays underneath an A8 and they leave the exhaust open to the air.

That would be my concern. I think the exhaust needs a flow under it. I know when mine was mapped on the dyno there was some melting until they pulled in extra fans.

I've got some more pics from there FB page but photo bucket is playing up again. The front bumper looks like Swiss chease so I guess there finding cooling a problem full stop. I'm going to drop them a email as they also sell parts. Obviously I'm not going as far as they have with the aero.

I know I've asked somewhere before but are these the correct solid subframe bushes before I order some?

These arrived today
034 Motorsport solid subframe bushes. Direct from the US they cost $49 but also $66 P&P, forget that!!! So I asked around and was told that Eddie (HEKTOR on ASN) from WOT Motorsport had a batch for sale. Eddie is a top guy who drives a 650 BHP RS4 and stocks a lot of 034 Motorsport and other US brands part. I payed for them yesterday and there here today.
034 Motorsport solid subframe bushes. Direct from the US they cost $49 but also $66 P&P, forget that!!! So I asked around and was told that Eddie (HEKTOR on ASN) from WOT Motorsport had a batch for sale. My Forge 007p DV was in need of a service so I found the old standard DV and ordered a servicing kit. The plan was to service it lapping the valve in and then get it anodised black.
Well since then there has been numerous threads on versions forums and FB about how much all these fancy after market DVs leak. Bills bubble tests on a few different DV and found only the standard DV doesn't leak also that it'll hold out for more boost then I'll ever see!
So I've just put the OEM DV back on. Sound wise it's the same as the forge one only a lot crisper (mine needed a service). So it's staying fitted and my forge DV is going on eBay.
Also I've just ordered a few more goodies today!

Can't believe I haven't got any pics up yet, been mega busy! Was good to meet you properly on Sunday matey, just a shame it was so cold that no-one could really chat too much!

It was good to meet up they're a nice bunch of lads. The 7th of June is in my diary I'm looking forward to getting out on track. With how few cars where there Sunday would of been ideal.
I made a purchase yesterday with track driving in mind need to buy an oil temp gauge then get it all fitted.
By the way other than the R8 an TVR your car was the best sounding out there. It sounds sweet!

I was down there today too sorting out my new discs and pads all round, oil and filter change and replacing my brake fluid with ATE Super Blue Racing! Oh, and fitting my new S3 rear calipers so my rear discs will now be 310mm instead of 286mm. Cannot wait matey! I know I should let someone else take my car out so I can hear it but I'm sure I'd want to kill them as soon as I heard them boot it!
Mine has a full Milltek system with the Sport Cat, bedtime thing is it has lower emissions than the OEM cat!?????
