Just to add, I've got the THS i/c and have blasted the hell out of the car on track during the summer with no pulling back of timing at all!

Right been a busy wee while.....
I purchased new aero sideskirts and a new triple r splitter which need to be fitted.
Before Saturdays rolling road day I fully detailed the leon.
After 2 washes to strip all the rubbish off of it I used iron x on the alloys and panels and clay bared her to get off all the grot. She was then polished twice and waxed twice.

Also had the car on the rollers. Fast fwd stage 2+ car by 17 bhp
My new stage 3 helix paddle clutch also got fitted
Next on the list are bilsteins too tighten up the suspension and a new intercooler both being purchased when I'm back onshore

The flaying took a few hours. The whole car took from 9am up until 17.00 approx.

You need inter cooler THS or eurojet cooler. Coolers are very important if you thinking to run T8 and obviously for quicker spool up time.... you can up your fuel octane to 99, Tesco tho as it has E85 and easy to mix with meth. Yes you might succeed! I would recommend B8 T7 F6 maybe 5. When you up the timing you have to go a notch down on your Boost. And data log it every time you change a setting for safety, anything over -3 timing is dangerous!!!!!!
